    Excellent work! We needed a shower demoed and retiled after buying our first home. Justin was incredibly flexible when our closing date got pushed, even moving other jobs to get ours done so we could move in as soon as possible when we did finally close.     This was the most satisfying experience/project we have experienced since moving to ID. Justin was professional in every way. No hidden charges, he cleaned up his work area and kept it organized, he was a pleasure to have around and he accomplished his work in a timely manner. He was diligent, polite and a joy.     Justin completed a tile repair for me. Before he arrived, he gave me options on how I wanted it fixed - fill or rip/replace. I chose fill because the location is not in a common area and this option cost less. He was on time, reasonably priced, and did an excellent job with the repair.     Justin was amazing to work with. We were going through a disaster with an upstairs shower leak and the entire shower had to be replaced. He is very professional and explains everything and is willing to answer every question. His detail to the tile work is incredible and we are in love with the finished product.     I had tile installed around the bath and the floor of a bathroom. It turned out the floor was rotten. Justin was great. he replaced the subfloor, and then did high quality tile work. He was great to work with; he was punctual, professional, and reliable. And, he worked seamlessly with the plumber. He was also flexible: at the last minute I decided to change out the tub, which he was willing to adjust the work. Highly recommend. See more See less

    Justin was great! When he was doing our backsplash he told me that he was a perfectionist. With tile work, you want a perfectionist! He matched tiles in the corners to give it a better look, cut behind the cabinet so that the detailed areas look perfect, he did an amazing job and I will definitely use Flawless Tile again in the future!!!     I wanted a new shower floor as I wasn't happy with what the builder chose to lay. Justin came out for a visit and completely explained my options and then did an excellent job with the installation. He was able to lay the new tile right over the top of the existing floor and was able to still use the same drain. He kept a clean work area and inquired with me when decisions needed to be made. Would highly recommend him and will hire him again when I have the chance. See more See less

    Justin is amazing. Not only did he do a perfect job tiling my shower/tub, he went above and beyond and contacted multiple plumbers when a problem arose from renovating an old house and found me an amazing deal, which saved me so much time.     We originally found Flawless Tile through Thumbtack. After reading the reviews there, as well as in Google, we decided to hire him to install our kitchen tile. Justin responded quickly with answers to our questions and a quote for the work. He put us in his schedule, but ended up having an earlier opening than expected.
